- Helloweenply has done everything possible to accurately depict the color of the products as they appear on the website. Helloweenply cannot, however, guarantee that the color display on the user's monitor will be accurate because the actual colors depend on the monitor. Helloweenply specifically emphasizes that when it comes to laminates, the texture photographs that are provided are just meant to be used as a guide. For the precise look and feel of textures, it is advised that the user refer to a genuine catalogue.
- Prices and product availability are subject to change at Helloweenply's or the seller's sole discretion without prior notice.
- At the moment of delivery, the user agrees to thoroughly examine and inspect the items. In the event of a defect or improper delivery, the user should quickly contact the firm. Following the user's acceptance of the delivery, Helloweenply or the vendor will not consider any arguments. There is no replacement or refund policy offered by Helloweenply or the vendor. A product cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been sold. If there are manufacturing defects in the goods, we could take it into consideration.

Specifically, Helloweenply will not be held responsible for any complaints regarding termites or borer infestations in plywood or problems with bubbling or pasting in laminate. The maker of the goods makes no promises, guarantees, or other terms that obligate Helloweenply in any manner. By making such claims, the User/Purchaser consents to hold the manufacturer accountable rather than Helloweenply.
- Any order for a product sold at an incorrect price or for any other reason may be declined or rejected by Helloweenply and the vendor. This holds true regardless of whether the order has been verified and/or paid for. The User will get notification upon the return of the money.
